WHAT IS BURN?
Our BURN Classes offer a high intensity interval training that provides you with 45 minutes of sweat dripping, calorie burning, workout like you’ve never experienced. Everything from body weight movements, kettlebells, dumbbells, running or rowing. It’s a great way to switch up your normal routine.
If you’re a beginner who’s intimidated by free-weights or if your looking for more cardio to keep that heart rate high and BURN off those unwanted inches this is the class for you. If you want to improve your cardiovascular system, body awareness, and athleticism before focusing on strength or power, BURN is for you.
Oh… and It’s fun too!
WHO IS IT FOR?
BURN is geared towards those who:
- Are intimidated by any of the notions they have of CrossFit.
- Are looking for more cardio to keep that heart rate high and burn off those unwanted inches.
- Have had lengthy layoffs from a fitness program and want to start getting back into fitness with a “jogging” start.
- Want to work on cardiovascular system, body awareness, and athleticism before focusing on strength or power.
- Generally have more flexible schedules.

This is a 45 minute class offered
Monday-Friday at 10:15 am. Tuesday and Thursday at 5:30.
